Delete your CaddieBora account
You can request permanent deletion of your CaddieBora account and associated personal data without reinstalling or opening the app.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the email address registered to your CaddieBora account.
- Use the subject "CaddieBora account deletion request".
- If requested, complete a reasonable identity check so we can confirm that you own the account.
If your email app does not open, send the request manually to caddiebora@gmail.com.
Data that will be deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify:
- Your Firebase Authentication account and sign-in identifier.
- Your profile, contact details, profile photo, preferences, and favorites.
- Your availability, pricing, specialties, and device notification token.
- Personal information attached to reviews and booking records, except where limited retention is necessary as described below.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited booking, review, fraud-prevention, support, or legal records for up to 90 days after completing a deletion request. We may retain specific records longer where required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, protect users, or establish or defend legal claims. Where practical, retained records will be de-identified or separated from the deleted account.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will notify you if applicable law or an unresolved transaction requires additional time.
